Studio closed until July {personal post}

So long winter ... at least for a few weeks.  There will be no more of these leave when we get back from our Northern Escape - but we hope the whales will be here to replace them.

Kate + Josh, 2 April 2011, Frankland {wedding}

I felt right at home.

Like Kate, I also married a "Frankland Boy" so there were many familiar faces at this true country wedding.  I loved every minute, including that half-an-hour I spent travelling gravel roads with my co-navigator / assistant, Claire, trying to find where the Groom & his lads were camping out. (No we weren't lost but the Bride's brother nearly was!)

Kate  - you were a beautiful, glowing bride!   You carried with you an aura of calm and serenity that flowed onto everyone around you. You certainly had Josh spellbound!

Thank you to Claire Camins - you're a supreme co-pilot.

Last day in the office tomorrow, folks, before I head off for a three-week break.  Packing yet to be accomplished ... sigh ... and this is a reason why I can never pack light!

Tenele+ Toby, 19th March 2011 {wedding}

I always love a "Wignalls Wedding".   I think I squealed with excitement when Tenele + Toby first met with me to discuss their plans.  There are so many fabulous photo locations at this venue, and coupled with Albany's magical March weather, a very sweet couple and a fun bridal party (check out the kung-fu action below) we were set for a perfect day. 

Thanks to my brother, Ben Reynolds for helping me capture Tenele + Toby's day. (Toby, I loved your observation about Ben + I appearing to be in competition to catch THE best shot - we keep each other on our toes. We did get a bit excited about that last light through the trees!)
