Emerge 2011 was held on the weekend at the Albany Boat Shed.
A French Provincial Inspired Long Table Dinner, this YUMMO event celebrated spring in the Great Southern with amazing canapes, dinner & dessert (HEAVEN!) featuring local market produce and of course matched with local wines.
The four identities behind this fab night were Jodie "Champion Chef" Sounness of Albany Party Hire, local celebrity culinary artist, Daniel Sharp and the talented duo from Terroir and Table; Janette Poupel and the highly esteemed Chef Xavier Poupel.
