Perth couple, Rosalba + Jason were married in Albany in November. When I asked them why they chose Albany for their wedding, Jason replied dryly that he thinks Rosalba took a pin, closed her eyes and let it fall anywhere on a map.
But Rosalba says she was looking for a unique location that would make their day even more special. And Maitraya is certainly unique! This secluded homestead is perched on the most stunning, and yet isolated, piece of WA's coastline; a photographer's delight!
After a traditional ceremony at St Joseph's, the rain held off for us to hit the beach. Although Rosalba's mum was very nervous making the beach 4-WD trip, I think she will agree it was worthwhile for such a beautiful setting for photos of Rosalba's large family - she has SIX gorgeous brothers!
I'm still so in love with Rosalba's amazing dress by Pallas Couture.
